Jett Plasma Lift Medical

Advanced Plasma Technology for Modern Clinics

Setting a new standard in non-surgical care. JETT Plasma Lift Medical delivers safe, precise treatments in dermatology, ophthalmology, and aesthetics with faster healing and lasting results.

Dermatology & Aesthetic Medicine

The JETT Plasma Lift Medical was developed specifically for dermatology and aesthetic medicine, offering a non-surgical solution with reliable and lasting outcomes. Using patented direct current plasma technology, it provides precise control for both non-ablative and ablative procedures.

Clinical Indications

  • Benign vascular lesions – angioma, haemangioma, naevus capillaris, telangiectasia
  • Skin lesions – keratosis (verruca seborrhoica, keratosis senilis, keratosis seborroica), keratoacanthoma, fibroma, xanthelasma

Ophthalmology

Developed in collaboration with leading ophthalmologists, the JETT Plasma Lift Medical with Plasma Pen extension introduces a breakthrough approach to ocular surface care. This technology allows ophthalmic procedures to be performed with greater comfort, precision, and control—opening new possibilities in the treatment of challenging conditions such as blepharitis.

Clinical Indications

  • Blepharitis – non-surgical plasma-based therapy targeting meibomian gland dysfunction
  • Xanthelasma – removal of benign periorbital fat lesions
  • Trichiasis – safe ablation of misdirected eyelashes
  • Ectropion – minimally invasive correction without the need for sutures

The Results Speak for Themselves

Patients experienced relief from discomfort, dryness, and inflammation, showing the impact of plasma therapy on ocular surface health.

75%

Improvement in symptoms of Dry Eye Disease after just one session.

Patients experienced relief from discomfort, dryness, and inflammation, showing the impact of plasma therapy on ocular surface health.

OSDI score: 40 → 21

Average reduction in Ocular Surface Disease Index after a full course of treatment. This demonstrates a significant improvement in patient-reported eye comfort and quality of life.

3 Watts

Patient satisfaction in blepharitis treatment trials.

Most patients reported noticeable relief of eyelid inflammation and improved tear film stability following JETT Plasma therapy.

Revolutionary Plasma Technology

The JETT Plasma Lift Medical is powered by patented direct current (DC) technology that generates controlled plasma energy. A sequence of spark discharges is created between the device tip and the patient’s skin, forming ionized gas (plasma). This process allows precise energy delivery just above the surface without unnecessary thermal spread.

The JETT Plasma Lift Medical is the only plasma device powered by direct current (DC) rather than alternating current (AC). This distinction is critical for both precision and patient safety.

Direct Current (DC)

➔ Provides a stable, unidirectional flow of energy

➔ Targets an extremely small treatment area (~0.1 mm²)

➔ Allows both non-ablative stimulation and ablative plasma applications

➔ Minimizes risk of scarring or damage to surrounding tissue

Alternating Current (AC)

➔ Energy alternates direction, creating less control

➔ Affects a larger area (3–4 mm²), reducing precision

➔ Typically limited to ablative treatments only

➔ Higher chance of collateral tissue damage

The difference is clear: DC plsma technology offers safer, more controlled procedures, faster healing, and broader applications across dermatology, ophthalmology, and aesthetic medicine.

  • Accuracy – DC fulguration affects only a pinpoint area (0.1 mm²), compared to the wider 3–4 mm² impact of AC devices.
  • Safety – surrounding tissues remain unharmed, reducing the risk of scarring or pigmentation changes.
  • Versatility – enables both non-ablative stimulation and ablative plasma treatments, adaptable for dermatology, ophthalmology, gynaecology, and aesthetic medicine.

By ionizing the air between the tip and the skin, the device creates a controlled plasma arc that warms tissue safely and stimulates natural regeneration. The result is faster healing, reliable outcomes, and a clear advantage over traditional energy-based systems.

Patient Eligibility & Safety

Before treatment with the JETT Plasma Lift Medical, it is important to confirm that the patient is an appropriate candidate for plasma therapy. Reviewing eligibility ensures both safety and optimal results.

Patients may not be eligible if they have:

  • Pacemaker, Holter ECG meter, or other implanted electrical device
  • Epilepsy
  • Pregnancy
  • Metal implants in the treatment area
  • Known allergy to local anesthetics or disinfectants
  • Active skin disease or inflammation
  • Acute inflammatory illness
  • Untreated or poorly controlled medical conditions
  • Oncological disease
  • Metal implants in the treatment area

The device may only be used by trained medical professionals. JETT Medical provides regular training programs where participants gain hands-on experience, learn treatment protocols, and receive guidance from experienced users of the technology.
